If you select express shipping, additional charges will apply. The $99 total amount applies to merchandise only. The same standards apply to cost of packaging, taxes, or shipping & handling charges. There are no adjustments permitted on previous purchases. Free Shipping is awarded after all other discounts are applied.

Please be aware that if you return one of these products our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. Additionally, this charge will apply to orders which are exchanged.

Regarding Returns
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable
- A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return
- Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement
- Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation

Shipping Info
For all orders: (online, fax, or phone) all orders are shipped from New York. Freight is based on location & destination. There are additional charges for dimensional sized boxes. Which is length x width x height.

- Minimum shipping charge is $10.00.
- Online orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days.
- Approximate charge is 20%-25% of order amount, but Freight charges are based on package weight and destination.

Please refer to the map below to estimate delivery time. All orders placed before 4:00 pm est. by telephone usually ship out same day or within 24 hours. All orders placed on web site ship UPS Ground within 24 hours. All packages with special delivery time needs must be called in at 800-854-8490.

All pick up orders should be called in two hours before pick up.


All returns must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. There are no exceptions. We will only accept returns that are in its original packaging & condition. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. A 15 % restocking fee will be taken from your refund. If a package is delivered in a obviously poor condition or contents are less than what is stated on your packing slip, you must inform your driver to document this in his log and then proceed to notify UPS via 800-PICK-UPS and us at 800-854-8490 within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. There is a time limitation with the carrier for damaged, lost, or stolen product. You must keep original carton for at least 5 business days from when UPS is first notified. Battery operated & glow in the dark products and special orders are non-refundable.

Breakage on inflatable items will not be credited due to nature & origin of the merchandise.
